    The easiest way to shop with us is to order online using your credit card (read about our Secure Shopping.)  You may also order by mail or by phone. 

Ordering by Phone

You may order by phone using your credit card by calling:
1-800-379-1908 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific time.  If we are unable to answer your call in person, please leave a message letting us know when and where to call you back.  We will return your call within one business day and take your order.

Ordering by Mail

To order by mail, print out our Mail Order Form, fill in the information, and mail it along with a Certified Check or Money Order payable to "Heart of Healing" to:

Shipping

Shipping is free of charge in the USA and Canada.  $4.00 Shipping is added for International orders.

Products are sent by First Class mail to the United States and Canada, and International Air Letter Post to the rest of the world.  Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.  If we experience any delay in shipping, we will contact you with an expected date.  Please email us with shipping questions.

Return Policy:

Unopened CDs and DVDs can be returned for a full refund.  Defective CDs or DVDs which are returned will be replaced and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date we shipped the order to you.

Security -- Our Secure Shopping:

Our shopping cart is through PayPal, a trusted leader in online payments.  It is a secure, simple, convenient way to shop.  You do not need to register with PayPal to complete your purchase, and therefore your information will not be stored for future purchases unless you decide to save your information with PayPal.   You do need an email to shop with PayPal.  PayPal does not reveal your financial information to sellers; therefore we will not have access to your financial information.  We will receive notice of the payment of your order, along with your name, shipping address and email.  The charge on your credit card will be from “Heart of Healing”.  

How Does PayPal Keep My Information Safe?  The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of the PayPal business and their top priority.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to PayPal their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.  Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are never directly connected to the Internet, so your private information stays private.

Heart of Healing will never share your name, address, email address or phone number with any other business or person.  We use these only for the purpose of completing your purchase, or to respond to emails you send us in which you are asking us a question or inviting a response.
