In our Resources & Tools pages, we recommend books and resources which we
have found to be particularly useful. We also offer products which we have
used and recommended to our associates, clients and students over the
years. We have either created or used all of the products on these pages,
and feel we are offering you the very best. We are also eager to expand
the products offered on the Heart of Healing website to include more products which
are of exceptional value but are not widely available.
Our Heart of Healing CD Series. The first product sold on this
website was our Ease of Being CD. Made at the request of students in
Mary's classes, this CD has three guided meditations for centering and healing.
We have received many heartwarming calls, letters and emails thanking us for
this CD, and this positive response led to the creation of our Heart of Healing
CD Series. The guided meditation on the Silence of Being CD gently guides
the mind into simple, effortless meditation and is an excellent companion for a
regular meditation practice or to use anytime you want to experience more peace.
Sleep Easy contains a meditation and music which coax you to let go of the cares
of the day and drift naturally into sleep. Our Pure Relaxation CD, which
has been member tested and recommended by the National Health & Wellness Club,
contains deeply relaxing meditations of varying lengths, as well as a selection
of music alone. With our Everyday Energy Healing CD, you learn to do
hands-on healing and are voice-guided in giving someone a chakra balancing.
Body Aware: Guided Meditations for
Grounding and Rejuvenation features 3 body-centered meditations with music
designed to rejuvenate the mind and bring vitality to the body. It helps
you to become more grounded and in tune with your body.

CD of the wonderful music in the background of our guided meditation CDs and
podcasts for years. Finally it's here as a collection of 10 beautiful

Meditation and Relaxation.

Stretching DVD by Jacques Gauthier and Dorothée
Lavoie. We were fortunate enough to meet Jacques
Gauthier and take classes from him when he was walking across the US to spread
the word about stretching in 2005. We were so impressed with the easy and
effective way he teaches stretching, that we became the distributors for his
stretching DVD
in the US. We are happy to offer it on our website!
The Chakra Dhyana CD. All we had to do was hear the opening
music and chanting on the Chakra Dhyana CD to know we wanted to try it. We've used this
CD ourselves and recommended it to our local meditation group. Everyone
has loved this CD. It contains a powerful process for opening and clearing
the chakras and raising kundalini energy. This CD is recommended for those
with prior experience with meditation and/or energy work.
Atlantian Angel Scrubs and Oils. We met Vickie, the creator of
the Atlantian Angel scrubs and oils in an airport
cafe when our flight was delayed. What a fortunate meeting. Her
wonderful scrubs and oils are not only delightful to the senses, they clear away
stress and uplift ones energy. We are happy to offer them on our website!
