Musical Massage Sound Therapy is based on the sacred scales of the Gregorian chant. Developed by Al Miner/Lama Sing, precise patterns of sound and silence vibrate the body's energy field in very specific ways. The CD has three different selections which target different layers in the energy field.
Band 1 primarily activates the inner layers of the field, aiding physical balance. It is helpful for pain relief, muscle relaxation, post-surgical relief and physical stress.
Band 2 primarily activates the middle layers of the field, aiding mental and emotional balance. It enhances mental clarity and creativity.
